Have you ever wondered who the designer was behind the adorable Precious Moments dolls and action figures? Who had the idea and inspired him to create the innocent faces? He was the designer of a man or a woman? Well, I'm about to tell the beginning of the Precious Moments collectibles.
Samuel Butcher was the original creator of the original figures of Precious Moments. And "a man of great faith, and humble spirit led him to love all people.Not always feel connected to her family and soon realized the interest in art. His brothers and his father was interested in bikes and cars, while Sam liked to read and draw. This does not always receive the support of his father.
Early in his life he had several people who have influenced and helped to take a walk with the Lord. Over time he was involved in children's ministry, Children's Evangelism Fellowship, illustrations and designs album covers Christians. E 'It was during this period of his life he met his future partner, Bill Biel.
Sam had never really thought for the children's drawings of eyes from tears that no one, except to see family and friends comfort. However, over time it became popular and found its way into the inspiration for greeting cards. Then, in 1981 the first two Precious Moments figures were produced. They were the "Jesus loves me" girl doll and child.
Years later, the creator of the dolls, Linda Rick,Was asked to help design a new line that is the Precious Moments collectible doll line. She has been designing dolls for those precious moments since 1990, and brought a touch of femininity with these limited edition dolls. These dolls range from 7 ", 12", 16 ". Linda began selling Precious Moments dolls in many different places. His first appearance on QVC, and then in several different event subscriptions when he realized he had developed a procession with all the various lines ofwrists. Linda has taken his unique talent of this incredible company and now is vice president of the Precious Moments company.
In 2009, the Precious Moments doll catalog has some of the most adorable dolls Linda has ever designed. Her dolls range in style and design so there is something for every collector.
